For the Human Resources department of the private bank Julius Bär, we developed a dynamic employer branding campaign with two distinct concepts. One targets a younger audience, specifically future apprentices, while the «Meet the Teams» video series is designed to attract experienced professionals. Both approaches highlight the bank’s culture and career opportunities in an engaging and authentic way, strengthening its position as an employer of choice.
Each «Meet The Teams» episode features team members sharing real, unfiltered insights into their daily work, making the experience feel authentic and relatable. The video series was published on LinkedIn and the Julius Bär career site, with short, impactful snippets rolled out across their social media channels. This series gives future employees a front-row seat to the company’s world. Because the best way to attract great talent is to show them where they belong.
